For my son Chad Duncan release from prison. We are waiting for a petition 6164 to be signed by prosecuting attorney Joe brusic then it will go to a judge for resentencing. Believing the judge will 5ake into consideration the other bills that have been passed in the State of Washington in regards to sentencing youth a life sentence. Chad 8s now 32. He received a 96 yr sentence at age 19. No one hurt. Drive by shooting. He was being made an example of. Our Father in Heaven is our true judge. He loves the Lord with all 9f his heart and wants to pursue him the rest of h8s days and share the good news and bring hope to those that have lost all hope. The prosecutor has had this petition in his hands soon be a year on April 19. We don't understand what is taking so long to hear anything. Also, recognizing God's perfect timing for his release. The petition 6164 is for an individual that has shown significant reform/and there's been a significant change in one's health. The reform is documented and he went into cardiac arrest at age 30. Dropped dead in prison court yard and brought back by use of cpri and AED machine. Died 2 more times in ER. He has a defibrillator. He continues to have issues with the rhythm. They want to get him to a hospital for an ablation procedure and check tachycardia rhythm. Open the prison doors. Move the mountain that is standing in the way.
