My Prayer is for one of my best friends who is dying from his addiction to drugs & most recently to fentanyl. He has grown up in the Christian faith with an abundance of support but his addiction over powers him very strongly. I believe he will die any minute of any day though he has many people already praying for him. He is stuck at home where his mother has the best of intentions but the lines I believe are blurred with her codependency with her son & as a drug & alcohol counselor herself. They are in need of many prayers. He is kicking down death’s door everyday & I am worried about his salvation. He has an amazing heart. He is a slave to his addiction troubles & has great resentments through his journey with rehabs & the losses in his life. I pray for his peace & guidance both for himself & for his parents who are great people but also enabling him. His mom & him are very close and his addiction is great at manipulating her when he tugs on her strings. Her mom is also dying of old age currently. I pray blessings upon blessings for this family. They are wonderful people with a twisted situation. I believe god can make the impossible possible. Please pray for him & his mom & their family. His name is Tim Kobel. His mother’s name is Teresa lang. I love them both dearly & am sad to know she is unintentionally helping him dig her baby’s grave.
