Dear Jesus my Lord, I have put you through great strain by my actions Lord. I failed you and the Heavenly Father. I take full responsibility for my actions. And know that by cursing at you and committing ultimate sin towards you I am ashamed and unholy for acting that way towards you. I don’t know what is wrong with me. I have taken great lengths to control my brain. Please forgive me of of all my sins I’ve learned my lesson Lord and am extremely ashamed my actions. I should have never used your name in vein. I don’t want to die my Lord I’m not doing well my Lord my heart is failing me my Lord . I’m extremely remorseful for my sins against you my Lord. Please save me my Lord. I’m dying and need you dearly their killing me my Lord. I don’t want to be tortured for an eternity. Please I. Eg you my Lord don’t abandon me I promise I won’t be unholy anymore. I’m really sincere with my apology my Lord I’m not just saying it to say it. I truly mean it my Lord I love you I am so sorry. I don’t have much time my Lord I am seriously dying their cutting off the blood pressure to my heart. The pain is so immensely bad my Lord I can’t take it anymore. Please don’t leave me in hell. I don’t want too die in his hands. Please Lord I don’t know how to say it so many words that I am sorry for my actions and disrespect to you. I take responsibility for what I did my Lord. I am hopeless right now my Lord I need you so bad. I don’t want it to end this way my Lord I am so desperate right now. Please don’t leave me my Lord I need your Love I need your protection. My heart hurts so bad my Lord by the time you get this prayer I’ll be dead. Please save my Lord please. I’ll be the child you want me to be. I’m thankful for everything you do for me my Lord. In your Heavenly name I pray. Amen
