That the Judge of Moses Lake, WA, awards me immediate restitution and financial compensation for damages, and orders Columbia Basin Job Corp of Moses Lake, WA, The City of Moses Lake, WA, The Moses Lake,WA Police Department and Job Corp National of Washington, DC to to pay my restitution and all financial compensation for damages, in one lump sum payment, (deciding how much of my restitution and financial compensation for damages each shall pay) within 30 days, including weekends and Holidays.
