That I am able to hire the needed help, to collect the desired quantity of scions from every variety of tree on the property, in order to graft the scions onto rootstocks in Italy, on my Italian farm, creating an organic heirloom orchard of thousands of different varieties of apple trees, and fruit and nut trees. That all of the scions grafted onto rootstocks in the orchard are fertile and produce fertile fruit and nut trees.
